  1. www.managi.eu/” belongs to the company “Managi.eu IKE” (headquarters: Nafsikas 237 Ilion, 131 22, Athens, Greece, hereinafter Managi.eu, and it is the website where they are available for sale products presented on this website as well as on the website “www.managi.eu” (hereinafter Managi.eu). These terms refer to the process of selling the products and you are invited to read these terms before navigating this website and purchasing the available products. The navigation and purchase of the available products are governed by the terms mentioned below, by the terms set out on the website Terms & Conditions as well as the privacy policy set out on the website Privacy Policy and implies the explicit acceptance of all of the above by you.   2. The use of the online store Managi.eu is allowed only to adults over 18 years of age and does not bear any responsibility in case of use of this website by minors, and in any such case, it is presumed that there is the required parental consent.
     

  3. Product description: The products, which are available for sale through the online store “www.managi.eu/”  include food and beverages of Greek producers, such as indicative and not restrictive, olive oils, dairy products, pasta, flour, cold cuts, etc. The main features of the products for sale are presented on the website “www.managi.eu” as well as in this online store (e-shop). In the context of the presentation and sale, information is provided for each product, which information has been collected and is available to Managi.eu and Managi.eu by the producer of the product. Managi.eu and Managi.eu are not responsible for the content (such as indicative product ingredients, expiration date, harmonization with applicable law of the information provided on the product, origin, accuracy, completeness, etc.) of the information provided but the producers. In the presence of each product, there is an electronic link that refers to the website of each producer for further details about the producer. Managi.eu and Managi.eu are not responsible for the content of other websites or for any damage that may be caused by the use of links to other websites.
     

  4. Managi.eu, as the seller of the available for sale products on this website, has all the legal rights and obligations. However, the responsibility for the consumer for any defective products and/or information concerning the products and which are written on these packages lies upon the producer of the product in question. Managi.eu within the framework of its own responsibility faithfully observes the specifications of proper storage and maintenance as well as the transport to the final recipient. The products are displayed to the consumer through photos in which the user can zoom in to be informed in order to receive all the required information about the product and how these must be indicated on the packaging according to the current legislation. It is clarified that the images were taken when setting up the online store or adding a new product and therefore any information showing the date of manufacture/packaging, expiration or information showing various measurement/cost values or indications that change is not valid. Managi.eu guarantees that the products that will be delivered to the consumer will have the usual duration based on the current legislation, the usual practice, and the trading ethics. Managi.eu guarantees that the products available through the online store are safe and suitable for consumption, whereas all the rules of hygiene and safety have been observed at all stages that are under its control, i.e. the storage and delivery for the transport of the products. Managi Eshop has received corresponding guarantees from its suppliers, who also bear the burden of responsibility towards the final consumer. Any price differences that may occur during different visits to the online store reflect its pricing policy aimed at its ongoing competitiveness. Within the same day there may be a price difference for the same product based on the company’s commercial policy. Items available at a preferential price for purchase from the store may not have the same preferential price when purchased online from the store and vice versa. Refunds on items purchased as part of an offer, promotional / energy program, or discount period will be based on the offer, promotion or discount price. All offers are valid for a predetermined period of time provided that the offered item is also available and if the stock is sufficient. Managi.eu may, in its commercial policy, determine the maximum number of pieces per transaction in cases of offers. The charge will be made based on the prices that were valid and were posted in the e-shop at the date and time of submission of the order, even if there have been fluctuations.
     

  5. The purchase process of available products: a) Initially, the interested buyer can navigate to the online store “www.managi.eu” and select the product/products he wishes to buy by clicking on the option “+ Basket”. Each time the interested buyer selects a product, by clicking on the above option, he is led to the shopping cart. It shows each product selected for purchase, the quantity of the product selected, the price in euros per unit of product, and the total price in euros of all selected products. The listed selling price of each product includes VAT 24% but does not include shipping costs. The interested buyer may modify the selected products or add one or more products or delete one or more or all of the products. b) When the interested buyer fills his shopping cart with as many products as he wishes, then he presses the “COMPLETE” icon. In order for the ordering process to proceed, the buyer must fill in the displayed electronic form with the billing details either as a registered user of “www.managi.eu” or as a visitor to the aforementioned online store. This form includes some required fields such as name, surname, full postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment method (cash on delivery, electronic payment). The e-mail that the interested party will declare during the purchase process must be real and true because all the communication with Managi.eu for the completion of the purchase will be done through the e-mail declared when filling in the above electronic form. c) If the buyer has completed the selection of the products he wishes to buy as well as the selected method of payment for the price of the products, then he clicks on the “Complete order” icon. If the selected payment method is cash on delivery, then as soon as the buyer clicks on the “Complete order” icon, the order is completed and an electronic tab with the buyer’s order appears on the screen, i.e. the ordered products, the cost of each product, shipping costs and the total cost as well as its declared data. Also, an automated e-mail is sent on behalf of “www.managi.eu” to the declared e-mail address which includes the above e-card as proof of receipt of the buyer’s order. If the method of payment is electronic payment (online payment), then as soon as the buyer clicks on the “Complete order” icon, an electronic tab with the buyer’s order appears on the screen, i.e. the ordered products, the cost of each product, the shipping costs and the total cost as well as the declared data and then it is automatically transferred to the electronic platform defined by the cooperating Bank where he/she follows the indicated steps (such as choosing the type of payment card, filling in the details of the buyer, etc.) for the purpose of completing the electronic payment. Once the electronic payment is completed, an automated e-mail is sent by “www.managi.eu” to the declared e-mail address which includes the receipt of the order and debit of the buyer’s order. As soon as the receipt of the order reaches the buyer, then the purchase contract is considered valid.
     

  6. Cost & Payment: Each product clearly states its selling price which includes VAT 24% or 13%. The listed price does not include shipping charges. The payment methods are the following: a) With electronic payment (online payment) on the platform of the Stripe  through its online store Managi.eu. This payment can be made via credit, debit, and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners and Maestro.
     

  7. Shipping charges: The listed price of each product does not include shipping costs. Managi.eu cooperates with the courier company “ACS courier”. The shipping costs, and according to the charges of the courier company, within Greece. View more information on the shipping page.
     

  8. Shipping & Delivery of products: For the immediately available products: a) Electronic payment: On the next working day from the day of receipt of the order, Managi.eu sends by courier the purchased products to the delivery address designated by the buyer. In case the buyer wants to use a method of delivery of purchased products other than the above standard cheaper method of delivery offered by Managi.eu, then the buyer must pay any additional delivery costs. The above delivery deadlines apply depending on the availability of the products and in any case, the delivery of the purchased products will take place within 5-10 working days at the latest. For non-immediately available products, the shipment of the products by Managi.eu will be made after consultation with the buyer. The above delivery deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
     

  9. Order Cancellation: The buyer can request the cancellation of the order until 10:00 am from the day that the receipt of the order of the selected products was sent to his e-mail address by Managi.eu and in any case before sending the product, by sending an email to sales@managi.eu.
     

  10. Buyer withdrawal: The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the (remote) product purchase contract which he concluded with the seller Managi.eu, without stating the reasons and without any charge other than the direct cost of returning the purchased products (which costs are borne by the buyer). The deadline is met if the buyer returns the products before the expiration of the deadline of 14 calendar days. Necessary conditions (cumulative) in each case are that the returned product does not expire in a short period, has intact and complete packaging with all accessories and additional benefits, which accompany its sale, its original purchase documents, and any other accompanying of the form or item (eg labels, tags, etc.). In case that a product does not have its original properties, Managi.eu may refuse the return or may not continue to reduce the returned value. Please note that in the case of food/drink or goods intended for current household consumption, the return must be made immediately upon receipt of the order. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products as a result of the management of the products other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, the characteristics, and the operation of the products. The buyer, who wishes to make use of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, must carefully read the relevant details as well as the model withdrawal form found in the Annex of these Terms of Use. The right of withdrawal, provided in articles 3e to 3ia L.2251 / 1994, as amended and has been in force today, for distance and out-of-store contracts, does not apply to, inter alia, the following cases: a) service contracts after the full provision of the service, if the execution started with the prior explicit consent of the consumer, and with his acknowledgment that he will lose the right of withdrawal as soon as the contract is fully executed by the supplier, b) the supply of goods or the service delivery, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled by the supplier and which may occur within the withdrawal period, (c) the supply of goods manufactured to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized; supply of goods which may be damaged or expire soon, (e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery, f) the supply of goods which, upon delivery, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items; supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, but the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual price of which depends on market fluctuations, which the supplier cannot check.
     

  11. Managi.eu reserves the right to modify these terms, which will be announced on the website “www.managi.eu”. Interested users should visit these websites frequently to be informed of any changes. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens are designated responsible for any disputes that may arise.

APPENDIX

  1. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation and in accordance with paragraph 10 above. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following that: a) you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired physical possession of the products, b) you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired the physical possession of the last good (in the case of a contract involving several goods ordered by the consumer with one order but separate delivery) c) you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired the physical possession of the last unit (in the case of a contract relating to the supply of a good consisting of several consignments or several pieces) d) you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by good acquired the physical possession of the first good (in case of a regular contract of supplying goods for a specified period of time). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, i.e. the Managi.eu IKE Headquarters: Nafsikas 237 Ilion, 13122, Athens Greece, Athens, Greece, e-mail address sales@managi.eu, for your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (eg letter to be sent by mail, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached form of the withdrawal form, without this being mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your statement of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

  2. Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, and in accordance with paragraph 10 above, we will refund all money we receive from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard way of delivery that we offer), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the above refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged for such refunds. We have the right to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay, and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you told us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days You will be charged the direct cost of returning the goods. You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the products.
