The dried peppers "Idiotropa" in combination |the olive oil and the spices that we add, give a product |a special - perhaps idiotropi - taste that fits everywhere. It is ideal as a dip, as an accompaniment to a platter of cheese and/or cold cuts, in spaghetti but also in any food to which we want to add a special note.
