Tasting note: Roditis and Assyrtiko produce this light, lemony wine with greenish highlights. Aromas of peach, lemon, grapefruit and orange zest, oily with an aftertaste of citrus fruit and a refreshing acidity in the mouth, Klima perfectly pairs the cuisine of the mediteranean sea and sun at 8-10 degrees Celsius.
