PGI “Laconia” olive oil, mainly originates from Koroneiki variety olive fruits and up to 10% of Athinolia variety olive fruits. It is distinguished for its high content of polyphenols and other antioxidants. It stands out for its bright green color and its fruity aroma. It is characterized as slightly spicy, juicy and cool and when used in cooking it gives a unique and fresh taste, satisfying even the most demanding palate.
